It may sound counterintuitive, but it’s true: exercise can make man boobs look even more prominent.
We realize it may seem a bit ironic too, perhaps even cruel. Excess breast tissue is found on top of the pectoral muscles, just underneath the skin. When men make an effort to build those muscles and develop an attractive, chiseled physique, the breast tissue actually gets pushed out even further.
